Common Annoying FAQs

Q: How the game is played?
A: 3/5 Players on the break (start) another 2 Jokers will enter the game from behind the starting grid after 15 seconds (There will be Single Beep from the buzzer). 30 seconds for v5.2 (Buzzer is situated inside the starting grid/tent)

Q: Can these 2 Jokers (behind the starting grid) starts shooting when the game starts?
A : Nope....but after the 1st beep, they have to exit their Stand-By area and insert themselves into the game to play. Beware, they can’t shoot while inside the Stand-By Area OR behind the starting grid. They have 1 minute to execute their exit (after the 1st Beep)

Q: What if the 2 Jokers don’t come out from the Stand-By area after the 1st Beep?
A: They're still ALIVE (when the game starts) and they can start giving instructions, but can't shoot. They have another 1 minute (After the 1st Beep) to insert themselves into the game.

Q : What happens after 1 minute (After the 1st Beep)?
A : The 'Jokers' have 60 seconds to exit into the game (After the first buzz/beep), THEN there will be a double-buzz/beep. It means your exit time is over. The 'Jokers" are considered DEAD. Now just walk into the dead box and join your dead teammates.

Q: What if they shoot in the Stand-By Area OR behind the starting grid?
A: He’ll be eliminated. The 'Jokers' can only shoot when BOTH feet is in the field. Yes, there will be a line on the starting grid.

Q: Can these 2 'Jokers' give instruction when the game starts?
A: Yes, they're actually LIVE players once the game starts. They can start giving instructions, communicating to their teammates.

Q: How about outside coaching? Spectators shouting out position?
A: Outside coaching is not allowed. Only the 2 'Jokers' can do that.

Q: So, if they pop their head out to give instructions and get shot, are they eliminated?
A: Yeah. Pop your head out some more lah….

Q: Which direction can these 2 'Jokers' exit?
A: Anywhere. Left exit or Right exit. But don't exit straight to the deadbox....

Q: Must these 2 'Jokers' exit at the same time?
A: They can stay there for 60 seconds if they want to, but can’t shoot. Take your time to study the game and exit wherever there’s a weaker side. The longer you stay in the Stand-by area, the lesser fire-power you have in your team. Not necessary for both to exit at the same time.

Q: Will the bunkers be designed for easy exit? (Not get shot at easily)
A : Yes, you lousy players….

Q: So basically it’s only the starting which is different from the normal games?
A: Yup. That’s the only difference. Plan your exit carefully, make sure your 3/5 Players give you the right instructions for which exit to take. One wrong call, you got one dead teammate. This format is designed to make you guys start communicating and talking, and of course make money out from you.

Q: How long for each game?
A: 5 minutes for v3.2 and 7 minutes for v5.2

Q : Is Yellow colour permitted?
A : Yes, people with yellow fever can also join this tournament. It's your own risk if you're wearing too much yellow. NO ORANGE COLOUR puhlease...

Q : What if our opponent gets too close to my exit and i got cornered in my Stand-By area making my exit difficult?
A : Who asked you to stay so long inside? Anyway, if they get too close it means one thing = your team sucks.

Q : Is it true the Top 8 teams will have to send their best player for a One-On-One challenge before the Quarter-Final starts?
A : Yes, there will be a Bonus Round One-On-One challenge before the Quarter-Final begins. Winner gets 1 Box FOC (or whatever other sponsors starts pouring in)from organizer to proceed to the next-round. Get your 2 best players for this challenge. If there's a draw game on the 1st player, the 2nd player will be inserted immediately into the game. We don't waste time.
(NOTE : If the 1st player is fit enough to continue the 2nd game, by all means. It's your decision.)

Q: Explain a bit more about the Bonus Round : One-on-One format please.
A: Each game will last 2 minutes only. If it ends in a draw then the 2nd player (or the same 1st Player) shall be inserted. If that game also comes to a draw then a 3rd game will be played by ANY player. The decision will be based on :
(1) Eliminate to opponent.
(2) First to touch opponent's starting grid.

Q : Whoar! You have a One-Man, Three-Man, Five-Man, Seven-Man and X-Ball Tourney within the same tourney!! Did anyone says you're interesting?
A : Only those who found me interesting said that. Thank you anyway....Now do you want to play onot?

Q : Any additional info?
A : When there's no Flags, you need to touch your opponent's starting grid and your own to win the game.

Q : What kind of markers are we using? (Novice/Young Guns Division)
A : House markers. Mechanical. Complimentary From Napshot and Azodin. (Thank You!)

Q : Who can play in Novice/Young Guns Division?
A : Only those in D3,D4 and Newbies. Those who played in D2 and higher, you're not allowed to play. If you're caught, you'll be penalized and whacked with a bag filled with sand.

Q : How about Open Division?
A : Open Division is FREE FOR ALL. Those who played in Novice/Young Guns Division can also join in! But not the other way around.

Q : Your format sounds difficult to understand. I'm having problems understanding it.
A : We've trained baboons and they played the game without flaw. So it should be easy for everyone. Interesting fact to share : Some baboons played better than some of us......

Captain's Meeting will be held on the eve of tournament day. Please try to make it or send a representative, in case some last minute minor alteration.
