1. How do i order online?
Easy, just click on the items you intended to buy, follow the instructions given, make payment thru IPAY88 be it interbank transfer or credit card purchase. We have lots of choices for your payment methods.
2. Which services do you use for delivery?
We use Gdex and Pos Laju (Malaysian Postal Service) for local (and West Malaysia) deliveries and Fedex for international deliveries.
3. Would i be able to track my shipment?
Of course you'll be able to do so, once we got the info from the freight company, we'll inform you straight away.
4. How will i know that's my online purchase is successful?

5. Can i still get discounts if i were to purchase in large quantities?

Yes. You got a problem with it? Does it matter?
7. What if the shipments has defects?
Normally we will check the equipment if it's in working order (CF tanks, Loaders, Chips,etc) Also Please read Terms & Conditions.
If it's not working, we won't ship it.
We don't like the hassle of you shipping it back and exchanging the defective products and we'll have to ship it back to you. Anyway, freight charges are billed to you.
8. What if i would like to cancel the order AFTER i made the payment?
Too bad. You'll have credits in our system, buy something else. After 6 months, it'll be voided.
9. What if i want to change the products AFTER i received it? Wrong size....Wrong colour.....Wrong brand....
No way....So please decide carefully first. We won't entertain exchanges IF it's not our fault.
10. Why can't i view the prices?
You need to Register yourself first.
11. Why can't i still view the prices after i Register?
We will delete accounts with fake informations. So please provide real / accurate details of yourselves.
12. If i don't know how to proceed with the Online Credit Card purchase, can Werdna Hol Sportz help out?

13. Why sometimes when i'm going thru the Credit Card process, it's slow / lagging?
When the page is stagnant, wait for it as it's still processing. DO NOT DOUBLE-CLICK or MULTIPLE-CLICK it.
Please check your internet connection speed as well.
14. I tried to purchase online after 12am, it failed.
Online purchases are not available from 12am-7am daily. Please try again at 7:01am
15. Is verbal confirmation final?
Please insist on getting a written confirmation / quotation from Werdna Hol Sportz.
