BUYERS NEED TO GO THRU A 30 MINUTES SAFETY COURSE WHEN BUYING A MARKER IN WERDNA HOL SPORTZ. WE NEED YOUR I/C, PLAYERS I.D (if you have it) AND PARENT'S CONSENT (buyers below 18 years of age) where documents need to be signed.

     Merchandise : Please check your purchases throughly before leaving the shop. Insist on receipt, we need it for verification when there is a claim. People kept on claiming that they purchase the item/s from Werdna Hol Sportz when there's a defect on it, where they purchase it somewhere else. No receipt = no claims / replacement / exchange of product. Werdna Hol Sportz has the right not to change the sizes / colours / brands of jerseys, pants and gloves once it leaves the shop (when product returned is different from the receipt). Please make sure it's the correct sizes / colour / brand before purchasing.
     
     Carbon Fibre / Aluminium Tanks : Werdna Hol Sportz allows 8 days of warranty (to test the product on weekends) as there's no compressor to fill it up during purchase. We do replace faulty fill nipples and gauges if returned within 8 days from date of purchase OR from the day it leaves the shop OR when it arrives at destination (freight delivery). The brand (of gauges and fill nipples) are replaced by Werdna Hol Sportz's own choice of brands/availability. We might fix the fill nipple by replacing it with new piston o-rings. IF tanks are found to be tampered with (fill nipple or gauges had been removed from the regulator) we have the right not to replace or repair the faulty parts. Please fill your tank system with clean air, and DO NOT fill your tank when the fill nipple is dirty. It will clog the air system and spoil it. We'll be glad if you buy from us again....

     Electronic Loaders / Electronic Boards / Upgrade Chips / E-Markers / Solenoids : Insist on testing it in the shop. We are not held responsible once it's out from the shop. It is the customer's responsibility to check the functionality and programming modes of the device / merchandise. Spend as much time there, we are not going anyhwere.

Teams under Werdna Hol Sportz's sponsorship programme have to comply to the rules and regulation stated in the contract given. Failure to comply will have their sponsorships / benefits reviewed / restructured or maybe revoked.
